Our support team staffs up to serve you live from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00AM until 5:00PM on Fridays. In addition to this, we expand our hours at key points during the year when we know that your evenings and weekends are spent serving your clients.

In concert with our Live Support services, we also have available to our clients our interactive documentation system. This isn’t an FAQ system that was dropped onto our web site years ago in a, “fire and forget” manner. This Knowledge Base is updated continuously by our Technical staff to ensure that common, and the occasional not-so-common, answer to the question at hand is at your fingertips - 24/7.

Our in-program, contextual F1 help system inside of CyberPay is more than just a searchable index. It’s like a flight simulator. It doesn’t just provide in-system answers to your questions, it can also be utilized much like a training tool for you and your staff. Clicking into the graphical representation of CyberPay’s screens allows you to flow through the system as though you were in a live client.

Adaptasoft’s Client website provides a wealth of resources, including a Forum, year-end resources, downloads and webinars.
