Technical Support

As part of our tech support team, Shannon assists customers with their technical challenges. He diagnoses issues and then brings them to satisfactory, understandable resolutions. One of Shannon’s most valuable skills is his knack for transforming highly technical responses from software developers into easy-to-understand answers and instructions for clients.

He specializes in dissecting problems, then solving them – whether they be bugs in code or simple software setup mistakes. He’s one of Adaptasoft’s reliable support staff, here for you from 8am – 8pm Eastern.

Background
Shannon started at Adaptasoft in 2005 and in addition to providing tech support, has assisted our development team in squashing CyberPay and CyberTax bugs, developed a data transfer tool that speeds up resolution of technical issues and is the original developer of our eXponent application, which simplifies software updates.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family, having AirSoft battles and playing video games.
