Background
Joel started working for Adaptasoft in 2004, while still in college, and became a full-time employee upon graduation. He earned his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification in 2009.
Joel played a leading role in developing our industry leading data conversion utilities and workflow. These sophisticated “back room” helper utilities (available for five source platforms) allow the client and Adaptasoft conversion teams to rapidly convert client data.
The latest conversion utility - built on our SQLConvert platform – was developed in under four weeks and converted over 775 clients in a 5-week window.
