Background
Joe has been in Information Technology for over 30 years. Most of that time was spent working for Fortune 500 firms in the Los Angeles, California area. He has experience programming and analyzing applications in the transportation, engineering and Construction, and Financial Services industries.
When it came time for a job change, Joe discovered Adaptasoft and was drawn to the warm, genuine personality of the company. “There was a sense of family. Very little bureaucracy and lots of opportunity to make a difference.” He moved to Indiana in 2009 and has been enjoying the small company feel and Midwestern lifestyle ever since.
