Application Developer / Systems Analyst

As our senior in-house developer, Joe maintains and enhances our Payroll software. He analyzes business requirements, compiles and builds software releases and works with our testing team to eliminate issues before updates are distributed.

Background
Joe has been in Information Technology for over 30 years. Most of that time was spent working for Fortune 500 firms in the Los Angeles, California area. He has experience programming and analyzing applications in the transportation, engineering and Construction, and Financial Services industries.

When it came time for a job change, Joe discovered Adaptasoft and was drawn to the warm, genuine personality of the company. “There was a sense of family. Very little bureaucracy and lots of opportunity to make a difference.” He moved to Indiana in 2009 and has been enjoying the small company feel and Midwestern lifestyle ever since.

Joe states, “With Adaptasoft, you will get personal attention that you could never get from a larger company. We're a flat organization and your voice WILL be heard. We're flexible, able to act and react quickly to changes and needs as they arise. As a developer, I can attest to the fact that each and every client, large or small, is treated with the same importance and professionalism.”
