Quality Control

As the lead Quality Control team member, Jennifer works with other internal and external resources to systematically test new software releases to catch & correct glitches before they go out. Jennifer holds herself to a very high standard because she knows our customers expect and deserve the best possible experience.

Prior to moving into Quality Control at Adaptasoft, Jennifer first worked in tech support and later moved into managing client implementations.

She has special expertise in ACH, addenda records, state debit layouts and electronic filing of forms.

When asked about Adaptasoft, she states that she appreciates it is “a business that partners with their clients to have success together.”

Background
Jennifer came to Adaptsoft in 2006 with deep experience in many facets of small business. She has been a bank accountant, customer service representative, collections manager & accounts receivable representative, and an office manager. This solid finance background, plus experience actually doing payroll as an office manager, gives her good insight into the daily challenges of payroll bureaus and their clients.
