Craig works with prospective and existing clients, helping them understand how they can leverage the tremendous value Adaptasoft’s software and services provide. In doing so, he helps them compete for and win business against the Paychex and ADP’s of the world.

He has expertise in payroll sales and marketing, leveraging relationships, payroll sales recruiting, payroll industry statics and trends.

Background
Craig came to Adaptasoft in 2010 with highly successful experience as a sales consultant for a large, regional payroll service bureau and, prior to that, as a District Manager at ADP. His background also includes sales roles in other industries and experience running a couple of his own small businesses.

Craig is a highly connected individual, well-known in the payroll industry. He is able to leverage his connections along with his sales & payroll knowledge to provide highly valued advice to Adaptasoft clients.

Since coming to Adaptasoft, Craig has energized the company’s sales results and consulted with several of our existing clients, helping them increase their efficiency and sales by up to 20%. His consulting centers around helping payroll bureaus effectively approach qualified prospects, cultivate purpose-driven meetings, shorten sales cycles, and ultimately generate more business.

Craig was attracted to Adaptasoft because of “the ability to provide a truly consultative service to payroll bureaus of all sizes and types all over the country, and really be able to impact their business on multiple levels, but especially through sales and marketing.”

In May 2012, Craig transitioned to an executive role with an Adaptasoft client. He will continue to work with Adaptasoft clients and prospective clients for some time.
