Background
A seasoned payroll professional, Cindy has over 30 years experience in the industry. She spent 20+ years working at payroll service bureaus, managing three of them. Two of those she helped restructure for greater success. She enjoys the challenge of going into a bureau that is struggling and helping the staff build procedures and policies that positively impact the business. “It can be extremely challenging, but at the same time rewarding, teaching a client how to properly use their system and be more successful. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
Cindy also spent seven years with one of Adaptasoft’s competitors, doing on-site training and customer support. This gives her incredible insight into the needs new clients have that are converting to Adaptasoft from this other provider.

Personal
Being an extrovert, Cindy thoroughly enjoys having company over for food and conversation. “There is nothing more rewarding than spending time family and friends!”
She is also a volunteer with Meals on Wheels (a community program for the elderly), helps the local School Districts Fine Arts program with Music and Dance and is involved in Band Boosters.
