Client Training, Technical Support

Like many employees at Adaptasoft, Chris serves our customers in multiple ways. She is part of our Tech team and provides backup tech support as needed. However, her primary role (and passion) is training and documentation. She is the person behind the comprehensive F1 help in CyberPay and CyberTax, the author of our product manuals, as well as the editor of the ever-growing Knowledge Base on our Client Website. She provides product training for all of our new clients, showing them how to maximize the benefits of the software for their operations.

She also helps test new software releases and assists with implementation for new clients.

Needless to say, she has extensive knowledge of CyberPay and CyberTax. Areas of special expertise include: ACH processor setup, tax and child support addenda setup, tax debit layouts, accruals, custom 401k exports, time clock imports, and SwipeClock.

Background
Chris came to Adaptasoft with 4 years’ experience in education, doing everything from teaching college courses on Operations Management to advising students and developing curriculum. Prior to that, she worked for six years as a Planning Analyst for an international hybrid seed company where she made extensive use of computer systems to accelerate data analysis and facilitate planning. She was recruited by Adaptasoft owner, Tim Troxel, and states “I was excited about what they were accomplishing and wanted to be a part of it.”

Chris appreciates Adaptasoft’s business philosophy, summing it up as, “we partner with our clients to help them succeed: providing training, documentation, and implementation as well as tech support. We realize that their success is our success.”
